What certification is required for the Princess Wreck dive?
Advanced Open Water certification is required. Open Water divers must hold a Wreck Diving Specialty certification.
Is wreck penetration allowed?
Yes. The wreck is penetrable for properly trained and certified divers. Penetration is conducted under guide supervision and subject to conditions.
What is the maximum depth of the wreck?
The wreck rests at approximately 36 meters (118 ft), with the main dive profile typically around 20 meters (65 ft).
Is Nitrox recommended?
Yes. Nitrox is strongly recommended to extend no-decompression limits and increase safety margins, especially for deeper sections.

What type of marine life can be seen?
The wreck functions as an artificial reef, attracting schooling fish, angelfish, pufferfish, moray eels, rays, and occasional pelagic species.
What type of bottom surrounds the wreck?
The wreck sits on a sandy bottom, which helps reduce natural reef silting but requires proper buoyancy control during penetration.
Is this dive suitable for beginners?
No. This is an advanced-level dive due to depth and wreck penetration environment.
