What certification is required to dive in Islas Marietas?
Open Water certification is required. Junior Open Water divers (minimum age 10) are welcome.
Is equipment included?
Yes. Full scuba equipment is included in the tour (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, tank, weights, and mask/fins).
What type of tanks do you use?
Standard Aluminum 80 tanks are included. Nitrox is available upon request.
Is transportation included?
Transportation from Sayulita to the marina is available for an additional fee of $150 MXN per person.
Is there a National Park fee?
Yes. Islas Marietas is a protected marine park and requires a mandatory park fee of $215 MXN per person.
Is food included?
Yes. A light lunch and water are included. Gourmet lunch upgrades are available upon request.
Can snorkelers join the tour?
Yes. Snorkeling companions are welcome on the same boat tour.
How many divers per guide?
Maximum 6 divers per certified guide for safety and personalized attention.
Is there a minimum number of divers required?
Yes. A minimum of 3 divers is required to operate the tour.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
Do you operate year-round?
Yes. Diving in Islas Marietas operates year-round, weather permitting.
